Rules for staff These are rules for staff members. Before you apply you must read them. And if you are a staff member you should follow them.

  • no spamming and scamming
  • no stolen artwork or just copied guides or tuturials from other sites or you will be banned with no warning
  • You must submit one guide or tuturial or some kind of graphic every week.
  • You must post something on the cutenews to welcome everyone or just to say about your newest graphics every week so we know that you are active
  • Again no stealing
  • Do not make any sites about neocan (for example forums, and so on ) without noticing me.
  • You can make some kind of games or giveaways if tell me before
